Undisclosed Target 2 KSPi ADC is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Vincerx Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors. This therapeutic candidate is part of Vincerx's proprietary ADC platform, which utilizes a kinesin spindle protein inhibitor (KSPi) as its cytotoxic payload. KSP (also known as KIF11 or Eg5) is a motor protein essential for the formation of the bipolar spindle during mitosis; its inhibition leads to cell cycle arrest in the M-phase and subsequent apoptosis. The ADC is designed to target an undisclosed antigen (Target 2) expressed on solid tumor cells, delivering the KSPi payload directly to the malignant site via a legumain-cleavable linker to maximize efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity.
