UP1010

UP1010 is a small molecule targeted protein degrader (TPD) developed by UPPthera, designed to target and eliminate the Interferon Regulatory Factor 4 (IRF4) protein. IRF4 is a transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of various hematologic malignancies, including multiple myeloma and certain lymphomas, as well as in the regulation of immune cell differentiation and function. By leveraging the cell's internal ubiquitin-proteasome system to induce the selective degradation of IRF4, UP1010 offers a therapeutic approach for both oncology and autoimmune or inflammatory diseases. The program is currently in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development.
