Uqora

**Uqora** is a branded oral dietary-supplement product line developed by Uqora for proactive urinary-tract health and reduction of recurrent urinary tract infection risk. The line includes formulations such as drink mixes, capsules, and probiotic products; formulations are not uniform across the brand. D-mannose is a principal ingredient in several Uqora products and is intended to act as a soluble decoy for the *Escherichia coli* type 1 fimbrial adhesin FimH, reducing bacterial attachment to the urinary tract and facilitating urinary clearance. Other formulations may include cranberry extract, vitamin C, curcumin, and Lactobacillus probiotics. A randomized, blinded 180-day study of Uqora supplement regimens in women with recurrent urinary tract infections was registered as NCT04024046 and later terminated.
