Urederma

Urederma is a line of over-the-counter topical therapeutic creams developed and manufactured by Mantra Pharma. The formulation contains urea at concentrations of either 10% or 20%, which functions as both a keratolytic and a hydrating agent. By increasing the water-binding capacity of the stratum corneum and promoting the shedding of dead skin cells, Urederma is indicated for the treatment of dry, thickened skin conditions such as ichthyosis and xerosis.
