Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Urimenna is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement developed by Kéri Pharma Hungary, specifically designed to support healthy urinary tract function and alleviate symptoms associated with urinary tract infections (UTIs). Formulated as wild berry-flavored, orally soluble granules, it contains seven active ingredients, including D-mannose, cranberry extract (*Vaccinium macrocarpon*), goldenrod extract (*Solidago virgaurea*), and vitamins A and C. D-mannose and cranberry extracts are utilized for their ability to inhibit the adhesion of *Escherichia coli* to the urinary tract walls, while goldenrod supports normal bladder and lower urinary tract function. Vitamins A and C are included to bolster the immune system and maintain the integrity of mucous membranes. The product is specifically positioned for the prevention and supportive treatment of recurrent UTIs.
