URLC10 + TTK + KOC1 peptide vaccine is a trivalent cancer immunotherapy developed by the University of Tokyo in collaboration with Oncotherapy Science. It consists of three synthetic HLA-A*2402-restricted epitope peptides derived from tumor-associated antigens: up-regulated lung cancer 10 (URLC10), TTK protein kinase (TTK), and insulin-like growth factor-II mRNA binding protein 3 (KOC1, also known as IMP3). These antigens are frequently overexpressed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) but have limited expression in normal tissues. The vaccine is administered via subcutaneous injection after being emulsified with the adjuvant Montanide ISA 51 (Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant) to enhance the induction of antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). It is primarily investigated for the treatment of patients with advanced or refractory HLA-A*2402-positive NSCLC.
