Overview

URLC10 peptides are cancer vaccine peptides derived from the URLC10 antigen (up-regulated in lung and esophageal cancers 10). These peptides are designed to stimulate cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses against URLC10-expressing tumor cells. They are typically administered subcutaneously and have been investigated in clinical trials for advanced gastric cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. The peptides are HLA-restricted, meaning they are designed to work with specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA) types.
