ustekinumab-ttwe

Ustekinumab-ttwe is an interchangeable biosimilar of ustekinumab marketed as Pyzchiva, indicated for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, active psoriatic arthritis, moderately to severely active Crohn's disease, and moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. It is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that binds the p40 subunit shared by interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-23 (IL-23), blocking their interaction with the IL-12Rβ1 receptor and downstream Th1/Th17-mediated inflammatory signaling. Presentations include single-dose prefilled syringes for subcutaneous use (45 mg/0.5 mL and 90 mg/mL) and single-dose vials for intravenous infusion (130 mg/26 mL) for induction in certain indications.[4][9][8]
