Drug intelligence / Profile preview
UTAA06 is a universal gamma delta T cell therapy engineered with a B7-H3 targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). It is being developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia and advanced malignant solid tumors. The therapy works through immunologic cytotoxicity, where modified gamma delta T cells target and attack cancer cells expressing the B7-H3 antigen (CD276). UTAA06 represents a novel approach in immunotherapy, leveraging the natural cytotoxic properties of gamma delta T cells enhanced with specific targeting capabilities through CAR technology.
