Overview

UTAA91 is an investigational cellular therapy product classified as a γ-δ T cell therapy that acts as a modulator of **CD19** (B-lymphocyte antigen CD19). It is being developed for the treatment of immune-mediated diseases, particularly **refractory moderate-to-severe systemic sclerosis (scleroderma)** and **rheumatoid arthritis** in patients who have not responded to standard treatments. The primary objective of current early-phase clinical studies is to evaluate the safety of UTAA91 injection. The therapy is being developed by PersonGen BioTherapeutics (Suzhou) and is currently being tested in early clinical trials sponsored by Wuhan Union Hospital and PersonGen BioTherapeutics (Suzhou)[1][3][4][5][6][9].
