Drug intelligence / Profile preview
utidelone + tislelizumab + bevacizumab is an investigational three-drug combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen combines utidelone (UTD1), a genetically engineered epothilone analogue and small-molecule microtubule stabilizer developed by Biostar Pharmaceuticals; tislelizumab (Tevimbra), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) developed by BeiGene; and bevacizumab (Avastin), a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) originally developed by Genentech. This combination is being evaluated in the Phase 2 UTILIZABLE trial (NCT06125080), which investigates the efficacy and safety of the regimen in patients with advanced or metastatic TNBC. The mechanism of action combines microtubule stabilization (chemotherapy), immune checkpoint inhibition (immunotherapy), and angiogenesis inhibition (targeted therapy) to synergistically combat tumor growth and metastasis.
