Uwhang Cheongshimwon is a traditional Korean herbal medicine (Hanbang) primarily used for the treatment of circulatory and cardiovascular diseases, as well as central nervous system conditions such as anxiety, palpitations, and stroke recovery. Developed and marketed by Iksu Pharmaceutical, the formulation is a complex mixture of traditional ingredients, with bezoar (Bovis Calculus) and musk (Moschus) serving as the primary active components. It is available in both pill (bolus) and liquid forms. The medicine is widely used in Korea as an over-the-counter (OTC) remedy for emergency stabilization of blood pressure and relief of acute stress or nervous tension.
