V-Boost is an oral immunotherapeutic vaccine developed by Immunitor LLC for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). It is formulated as a tablet containing hydrolyzed GBM-specific antigens and alloantigens. The vaccine is designed to modulate the patient's immune system to recognize and eliminate GBM tumor cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials for patients with newly diagnosed or treatment-refractory GBM, including those who have failed standard treatments like surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation.
