V-Spot Vaginal Probiotic Pessary is a live biotherapeutic product developed by Amelia Bio, currently in Phase 2 clinical development. It is designed as a vaginally-inserted pessary that delivers specific beneficial *Lactobacillus* strains directly to the vaginal environment. The mechanism of action focuses on restoring and maintaining a healthy vaginal microbiota by bypassing the gastrointestinal tract, which is intended to improve outcomes in women with unexplained infertility. The product is being developed in collaboration with institutions such as The University of Western Australia and UNSW Sydney.
