Overview

V000x is an investigational mRNA-based epigenetic reprogramming therapeutic being developed by NewLimit for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and cardiometabolic diseases. The program utilizes transient mRNA delivered via specialized lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) designed to bypass default liver uptake and target endothelial cells in the kidney. By delivering a proprietary combination of transcription factors, V000x aims to restore youthful function to aged or diseased endothelial cells, thereby reversing the course of kidney disease and preserving renal function.
