**V512** is Merck's investigational bivalent influenza peptide-conjugate vaccine, also termed BIPCV/IMX. It contains peptide antigens derived from influenza A matrix protein 2 and influenza B hemagglutinin precursor, formulated with a Merck aluminum adjuvant and the saponin-based ISCOMATRIX adjuvant. The vaccine was evaluated to induce immune responses and support prevention of influenza infection in healthy adults in a completed Phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-ranging study.
