**V540A-2** is an investigational human papillomavirus vaccine formulation within Merck's V540A next-generation multivalent HPV vaccine program. It is a distinct biological intervention evaluated in the randomized, double-blind Phase 2 V540A-005 study in healthy females aged 16 to 26 years, alongside V540A-3 and GARDASIL 9.
