VaBiNOx

VaBiNOx is an investigational inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy developed by NOxygen Therapeutics. It features a novel delivery modality consisting of a pocket-sized sachet insert designed for use with standard facemasks, enabling portable and accessible administration of nitric oxide gas. The therapy targets the nitric oxide pathway to induce pulmonary vasodilation and provides antimicrobial, antiviral, anticoagulant, and anti-inflammatory effects. VaBiNOx is being developed for a broad range of indications, including Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn (PPHN), Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), acute hypoxia, ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction, and various respiratory conditions such as pneumonia, COPD, and common viral infections.
