A "vaccine with Poly-ICLC" refers to a therapeutic cancer or infectious disease vaccine formulation that includes the immunostimulatory adjuvant Poly-ICLC (polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid stabilized with poly-L-lysine and carboxymethylcellulose). The vaccines are typically administered intratumorally or subcutaneously.
