Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**VAGA-9001a + MABH-9002b** is the defined antigen-plus-adjuvant composition of Daiichi Sankyo's investigational RSV vaccine candidate VN-0200. VAGA-9001a is an RSV fusion glycoprotein antigen intended to induce RSV-specific neutralizing antibody and cellular immune responses, while MABH-9002b is a beta-glucan-CpG adjuvant intended to enhance innate and adaptive immune activation. The vaccine has been evaluated as a two-dose intramuscular preventive regimen in healthy Japanese older adults, including a randomized Phase 2 dose-finding study assessing immunogenicity, safety, and tolerability.
