Overview
Vaminolact is a pediatric crystalline amino acid solution designed for intravenous infusion in preterm and term infants. Manufactured by Fresenius Kabi, its formulation is modeled after the amino acid profile found in human breast milk to support optimal protein synthesis and nitrogen balance. It contains 18 essential and non-essential amino acids, including taurine, and is notably electrolyte-free and carbohydrate-free to allow for flexible, individualized parenteral nutrition regimens.
