**Vanucizumab + atezolizumab** is a combination therapy of two monoclonal antibodies developed for cancer treatment, especially in advanced and metastatic solid tumors. Vanucizumab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A) and angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2). Atezolizumab is a fully humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to restore anti-tumor immune responses. This combination is designed to simultaneously inhibit tumor angiogenesis and potentiate immune-mediated tumor cell killing, with vanucizumab blocking blood vessel growth critical to tumor survival and atezolizumab counteracting tumor immune evasion[2][4][5][3]. Clinical trials have investigated their efficacy in several advanced cancers, and these agents are both developed by Roche.
