VascuStim

VascuStim is a combination therapy developed by Leonhardt Ventures for the treatment of advanced vascular diseases, including critical limb ischemia (CLI), diabetic foot ulcers, and peripheral vascular disease. The product integrates a bioelectronic stimulation device with a biologic component consisting of minimally manipulated amniotic fluid and membrane-derived materials. The bioelectronic component is programmed to deliver specific signaling sequences that regulate the expression of over 12 regenerative proteins and control the homing, proliferation, and differentiation of stem cells to the site of injury. This dual approach aims to improve blood flow and promote tissue regeneration, potentially serving as a limb salvage therapy for patients facing amputation. Formerly known as MyoStim Peripheral, VascuStim has completed pilot clinical studies demonstrating potential in preventing limb amputation in patients on the amputation list.
