Vasoclean

Vasoclean is an oral solution containing *Ginkgo biloba* leaf extract, developed and manufactured by the South Korean company Cho-A Pharmaceutical. Each 10ml dose typically contains 20mg of the extract, standardized to 4.8mg of ginkgo flavon glycosides. The medication is primarily used to enhance cerebral and peripheral blood circulation. It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of cognitive impairment in the elderly, including memory loss and dementia, as well as for sensory conditions such as tinnitus and dizziness caused by cerebral ischemia. Additionally, it is used to treat peripheral arterial circulation disorders and retinal ischemia. The extract works by improving blood flow, inhibiting platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptors, and providing neuroprotective antioxidant effects.
