VB-111 + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy for cancer. It consists of: - **VB-111 (ofranergene obadenovec):** a genetically modified adenoviral vector gene therapy designed to target the tumor microenvironment by inducing apoptosis in angiogenic blood vessels and stimulating an immune response.
