Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VB-3222 is a topical wash-off anti-dandruff shampoo developed by Vyome Therapeutics for moderate adherent dandruff and scalp seborrheic dermatitis. The formulation contains zinc pyrithione and a proprietary synthetic medium-chain fatty-acid derivative used in Vyome's Molecular Replacement Therapeutics platform to potentiate antifungal activity against *Malassezia* species. In a 21-day, single-group clinical study in 25 participants with moderate dandruff, the product was reported to reduce adherent scalp flaking and pruritus and to be well tolerated.
