VB10.NEO is a proprietary, fully individualized DNA-based neoantigen cancer vaccine developed for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The vaccine is designed to be produced on-demand according to the unique neoantigen profile of each patient’s tumor. Neoantigens are proteins generated by tumor-specific mutations that are not present in normal tissues and can be recognized as foreign by the immune system, making them attractive targets for immunotherapy.
