Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VCAR300 is an autologous or engineered chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed by VITRUVIAE for the treatment of solid tumors. Utilizing a proprietary platform, VCAR300 is designed to target cancer-specific sugars (glycans) and lipids that are uniquely present on tumor cells and enriched on cancer stem cells, while remaining absent in normal tissues. By recognizing these glycan and lipid signatures, the CAR-T cells direct cytotoxic activity specifically against tumor cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust in vivo anti-tumor activity in solid tumor models, including pancreatic cancer.
