Overview

VCL-2510 is a plasmid DNA vaccine encoding the gene for the malaria circumsporozoite protein from *Plasmodium falciparum* (PfCSP). It is designed to induce immune responses against malaria by targeting the liver stages of the parasite. The vaccine is administered intramuscularly and has been tested for safety and immunogenicity in clinical trials.
