Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VDN 0100 is a preclinical-stage anti-PACAP monoclonal antibody being developed by Vedana Therapeutics for the prevention of migraine. It is designed to inhibit the Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase-Activating Polypeptide (PACAP) pathway, which is a key mediator in migraine pathophysiology alongside CGRP. By neutralizing PACAP, VDN 0100 aims to provide a therapeutic option for patients who do not respond adequately to existing CGRP-targeted therapies. The company plans to initiate First-in-Human (FiH) clinical trials in 2027.
