VDN 0200

VDN 0200 is a bispecific antibody currently in preclinical development by Vedana Therapeutics for the prevention of migraine. The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously target and inhibit two key neuropeptide pathways implicated in migraine pathophysiology: the pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) and the calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) pathways. By dual-targeting these mechanisms, VDN 0200 aims to provide a more comprehensive treatment option, particularly for patients who are non-responsive or have an inadequate response to existing therapies that target the CGRP pathway alone. Vedana Therapeutics plans to initiate first-in-human (FiH) clinical trials for the candidate in 2027.
