Kriya is developing specialized cell-based potency assays to characterize the activity of the vectorized insulin in human serum, specifically measuring the activation of the insulin receptor B (INSRb) and subsequent phosphorylation of the insulin signaling pathway (pIR and pIRS) to ensure therapeutic efficacy and safety.
