**Veludacigib (BAY2965501)** is an orally bioavailable small molecule developed by Bayer as a potent and selective inhibitor of diacylglycerol kinase zeta (DGKζ or DGKZ). It restores diacylglycerol (DAG) levels in T cells, induces pERK activation, and enhances anti-tumor immune responses by activating cytotoxic T cells and dendritic cells while blocking suppressive regulatory T cells and myeloid cells. The compound, with chemical formula C20H19FN4O3S, has potential antineoplastic activity and is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for advanced solid cancers.[1][3][4][5]
