Venocur Triplex

Venocur Triplex is an oral combination drug indicated for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, post-thrombotic syndrome, static edema, peripheral circulatory disorders, thrombophlebitis, and for the prophylaxis of thrombosis and embolism in surgical settings. Its active ingredients are Castanha da Índia (horse chestnut extract), Miroton (likely a trade name or specific formulation component), and Rutosídeo (rutoside/rutin). The drug acts primarily as a venotonic and vasoprotective agent—improving venous tone, reducing capillary permeability and fragility, decreasing edema formation, and enhancing microcirculation. It is classified therapeutically as an anti-inflammatory/antivaricose agent. Clinical studies have shown its use in chronic venous insufficiency rated between CEAP 2–4[5][9]. The medication is typically administered orally after meals.
