Overview
The Verseau Therapeutics TREM2 program consists of monoclonal antibodies designed to target the Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells 2 (TREM2). Developed as part of Verseau's Macrophage Checkpoint Modulator (MCM) platform, these therapies aim to reprogram immunosuppressive tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) into a pro-inflammatory, anti-tumor state. TREM2 is a cell surface receptor highly expressed on M2-like macrophages within the tumor microenvironment that contributes to immune evasion. By modulating TREM2 signaling, Verseau intends to reverse this suppression and enhance the immune system's ability to attack solid tumors. The program is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
