Vertigoheel is a multi-component homeopathic medicinal product developed for the treatment of vertigo of various origins. It is a fixed-dose combination consisting of four active ingredients: *Ambra grisea* (ambergris), *Anamirta cocculus* (Indian berry), *Conium maculatum* (hemlock), and *Petroleum rectificatum* (rectified petroleum).
