Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VesiculoVax RSV vaccine is a preclinical-stage viral vector vaccine being developed by Auro Vaccines for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. The vaccine utilizes the VesiculoVax™ platform, which employs an attenuated, replication-competent vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) vector to deliver RSV surface glycoproteins (F and G proteins) in their authentic form. This approach is designed to stimulate the production of potent neutralizing antibodies and protective cellular immune responses. The vaccine is part of the broader PBS Vax™ platform, which combines DNA vaccine priming with VesiculoVax™ viral vector boosting to enhance immunogenicity and efficacy.
