VGHBPH0 is a Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) formula developed as an adjunct treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and lower urinary tract symptoms. The formula consists of a combination of traditional Chinese medicinal ingredients, specifically Ji-Sheng-Shen-Qi-Wan, Sang-Piao-Xiao-San, Wu Yao, Yi Zhi Ren, Dan Shen, Yin Yang Huo, Fu Pen Zi, Huang Bo, and Zhi Mu. Clinical studies suggest that VGHBPH0 may improve BPH-related symptoms such as reducing the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) and post-voiding residual urine volume when used alongside standard Western therapies like α1-blockers. The mechanism of action is presumed to be multi-targeted modulation of urinary tract function and inflammation based on the known properties of its herbal components[1][2][3].
