Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VGO-Cs01p is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of CD7-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cells derived from human embryonic stem cells. It is being developed for the treatment of CD7-positive relapsed or refractory acute T-lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R T-ALL), particularly in pediatric patients. The therapy aims to harness the cytotoxic potential of engineered NK cells to selectively target and eliminate malignant T-cells expressing the CD7 antigen. The product is currently under evaluation in early phase clinical trials, with a focus on safety and preliminary efficacy[1][2][3][4][6][8].
