Overview

Vibecotamab (XmAb14045) is a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target both CD123 and CD3. It binds monovalently to the interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (CD123) on tumor cells and the T cell surface glycoprotein CD3 on cytotoxic T cells. This dual binding recruits and activates T cells to mediate targeted killing of CD123-expressing tumor cells, particularly in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other hematologic malignancies. Developed using Xencor’s XmAb bispecific Fc domain technology, it offers extended half-life and stability for therapeutic use[1][2][3][4][5][6][7].
