Overview

Vidutolimod + cemiplimab is a combination investigational cancer immunotherapy regimen. **Vidutolimod** (CMP-001) is a virus-like particle biologic functioning as a Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) agonist, delivered intratumorally to stimulate innate and adaptive immune responses and enhance anti-tumor activity. **Cemiplimab** (REGN2810, brand name Libtayo) is a monoclonal antibody directed at programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking this checkpoint to restore T-cell anti-tumor activity. This combination is being tested for its ability to enhance immune responses in patients with various advanced or metastatic cancers, including refractory cases.
