Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Vigomax Forte is a polyherbal formulation marketed by Fidson Healthcare in Nigeria and originally developed by Charak Pharma. It is indicated for the management of male sexual dysfunction, including erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, and psychogenic impotence. The product contains a blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbs such as *Mucuna pruriens* (Kapikachhu), *Withania somnifera* (Ashwagandha), and *Tribulus terrestris* (Gokshura). These ingredients are believed to act synergistically to enhance vitality, improve sperm count, and support healthy testosterone levels. *Mucuna pruriens* is a natural source of L-dopa, which supports dopamine levels to improve mood and libido, while *Tribulus terrestris* is traditionally used to improve erectile function by increasing nitric oxide levels in the corpus cavernosum.
