Vinorelbine + docetaxel is a combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily in the treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and metastatic breast cancer. Clinical studies have evaluated this regimen as frontline or second-line therapy for incurable NSCLC but found no significant efficacy advantage over platinum-based doublets; it has also been studied in metastatic breast cancer[1][2][3].
