Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Viravaxx is developing a preclinical HIV vaccine candidate using its proprietary PCFiT (Peptide-Carrier Fusion Technology) platform. Developed in collaboration with the Medical University of Vienna, the platform converts non-immunogenic epitopes of viral surface proteins into potent immunogens. The vaccine is designed to elicit protective antibody and T-cell immune responses against HIV, targeting both the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS. The technology focuses on epitopes essential for the virus life cycle to ensure a robust and relevant immune response.
