Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Vitamin B-complex Hevert (brand name: Vitamin B Komplex forte Hevert) is an approved, non-prescription vitamin supplement developed and manufactured by Hevert-Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG, based in Nussbaum, Germany. It is a small-molecule vitamin supplement formulated as film tablets, indicated for the therapy of confirmed deficiency states of vitamins B1, B6, and B12. Each tablet contains Vitamin B1 (Thiaminnitrat) 100 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxin-HCl) 50 mg, and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 500 µg as active ingredients. The three B vitamins work synergistically to optimize metabolic processes in cells—particularly nerve cells—supporting nervous system function, memory, heart function, blood formation, and relief of nerve pain. It is used to treat symptoms of B-vitamin deficiency such as tingling, burning, numbness, and pain in the hands and feet (e.g., in neuropathies).
