Overview
Vitasomal C Kids is an over-the-counter liposomal vitamin C dietary supplement developed by AEI (AEI24) specifically for children aged 1 year and older. Formulated as a syrup with a raspberry flavor, it contains extended-release liposomal vitamin C (250 mg per 5 mL) and black carrot extract (a natural source of vitamin A). The liposomal encapsulation technology protects the vitamin C within a phospholipid bilayer, enhancing absorption and bioavailability while providing a continuous release of the active ingredient for at least 12 hours. Vitasomal C Kids is indicated to support the normal functioning of the immune system, protect cells from oxidative stress, reduce tiredness and fatigue, support collagen formation, and enhance iron absorption in pediatric populations.
