It is specifically formulated for the daily care of individuals with delicate gums or those prone to gingivitis. The product contains *Vitis vinifera* extract (often referred to by the trade name Permethol), which provides antioxidant properties to protect the oral mucosa and reduce inflammation. Other active ingredients typically include cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) for antiseptic action against dental biofilm, panthenol (Provitamin B5) to repair and protect gums, and zinc lactate to reduce gum bleeding.
