Drug intelligence / Profile preview
viveNK TCR-NK (GTA201) is an allogeneic, third-generation engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Glycostem for the treatment of various cancers. Part of the viveNK™ platform, this therapy involves engineering NK cells to express T-cell receptors (TCRs), enabling them to recognize intracellular tumor-associated antigens presented by MHC/HLA molecules. The cells are manufactured using Glycostem's proprietary uNiK™ platform, which expands and differentiates NK cells from umbilical cord blood-derived CD34+ stem cells. This approach combines the innate killing capacity of NK cells with the precise targeting specificity of TCRs. As of current development, the specific biological targets and oncology indications remain undisclosed.
