Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**VL#FIA3-30** is VasoLead's investigational topical fixed-dose vasodilator combination for erectile dysfunction. Published clinical material identifies the active ingredients as **moxisylyte** and **isosorbide dinitrate**, formulated with a tunica-penetrable delivery system for penile application. Moxisylyte is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist that promotes local vascular smooth-muscle relaxation, while isosorbide dinitrate is a nitric-oxide donor that activates soluble guanylate cyclase and increases cyclic GMP signaling, supporting corpus cavernosum smooth-muscle relaxation and penile blood flow. The product was evaluated in a Phase 1/2 randomized study in men with erectile dysfunction. ([academic.oup.com](https://academic.oup.com/jsm/article-abstract/14/Supplement_4a/e179/6994869))
