Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VL-OV11 is an investigational exosome-based therapy derived from human mesenchymal stem cells, developed by Vitti Labs. It is being studied for the treatment of reproductive and endocrine disorders such as primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as well as post-acute COVID-19 syndrome. The product leverages the regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of exosomes—small extracellular vesicles secreted by mesenchymal stem cells—to potentially restore ovarian function and modulate immune responses in target diseases. Clinical development has reached Phase 2 for several indications[1][2].
